This policy outlines how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges — so your experience with us remains smooth, transparent, and worry-free.


1. How to Request a Return or Exchange

You can request a return or exchange by:

  • Emailing us at info@aadiva.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • Including your Order ID, reason for return, and clear images/videos of the issue
  • Calling us at 8810310878 if you need immediate help

Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.


2. Return & Exchange Policy

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligible Return Reasons:

  • You received a damaged or leaking product
  • The product is defective or contaminated
  • An incorrect product was sent
  • A product or quantity is missing from the order

Important: Returns are not accepted for personal preferences, allergic reactions, or scent dislikes.

Return Window:

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Delayed requests may not be eligible.

What to Provide:

Please share clear images/videos showing:

  • The outer packaging and shipping label
  • The product with issue (close-up of damage, leakage, tampered seal, etc.)
  • The mono-carton (individual product box) if applicable

3. Refund & Exchange Process

Once your return is approved:

  • For exchanges, a replacement product will be shipped within 24–48 hours
  • For refunds, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will request your bank details for a refund via NEFT/IMPS

Note: Refunds are not applicable for gift boxes, promotional items, or free products.


4. Packaging & Pick-up Guidelines

To complete your return, the following must be met:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging
  • Include the original invoice
  • Include a note inside with your name, order ID, contact number, and reason for return
  • Email a photo of the packed product (inside and outside) to our support team

We will arrange for a reverse pick-up (where serviceable) or request a self-return if required.


5. Quality Complaints

If you believe the product is not as per your expectation or is having a quality issue, please report it to info@aadiva.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Images or videos showing the product label, packaging, and batch details

We may consult our quality control team and if the issue is verified, we’ll initiate a full refund or exchange.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders & Fraud Protection

  • COD orders are not eligible for return unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
  • Customers must provide a valid phone number for delivery confirmation.
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD restrictions on your account.
  • Refunds for valid COD returns will be processed via store credit or bank transfer.

7. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Items returned without original packaging or invoice
  • Personal care items like soaps  (for hygiene reasons)
  • Free gifts, giveaways, or promotional items
